<p>
Welcome. This web site contains most of my nature photographs taken over
the last 15 years. Many of my trips were with my wife Caroline or my
brother Adam (his photos are <a href="https://adampb.com/">here</a>).
More recently we have been joined by my nephew Orlando, who also designed
our websites. His photos are <a href="https://www.orlandopb.com/">here</a>.

<p>
My latest camera is a Sony A7 iv, which I use with a Sony 300mm f2.8
lens, usually with a ×2 or ×1.4 teleconverter. I find this combination
a lot lighter than the Sony 200-600 mm lens I had before. Before switching
to a mirrorless camera I used Sony A77 and then A77 II cameras first with
a 70-300 mm lens then a 70-400 mm. The oldest photos here were taken with
a Ricoh GX100.
